5. Subscription and Billing

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To transmit or create any materials that infringe upon the rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload viruses or any other type of malicious code

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PIXEL VAULT or Intellecta be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PIXEL VAULT and Intellecta. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service, including website URLs and configuration data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and display this content as necessary to provide the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
